Location: Airdrie (with travel throughout North Lanarkshire).
Hours: Full‑time and part‑time available.
Salary: £39,917–£49,767 per annum.
Contract: Permanent.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on a 1:1 basis or as part of a multi‑professional team.
- Deliver person‑centred care through planning and implementing practical and emotional support to promote personal outcomes such as safety, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, and emotional well‑being.
- Respond to overdose, assertive outreach, and crisis calls within the service model, collaborating with housing colleagues where appropriate.
- Engage with families, friends, other health and social work professionals, advocacy services and colleagues to support the individual’s recovery journey.
Qualifications
- SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with work‑based assessment.
- Career pathway with promotion from within and internal advertising of all roles.
- Pension scheme – employer contribution of 4%.
- 35 holiday/public holiday days per year.
