We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to serve as a Relief Support Practitioner within Turning Point Scotland South Ayrshire. The role provides individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs – learning disabilities, mental health challenges, addictions, or those at risk of homelessness. Your work will empower people to experience personal growth, community participation and improved wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred care, tailored to each individual's preferences and goals.
- Support daily living activities, safe housing, and community engagement.
- Assist with practical tasks – shopping, transport, appointments, budgeting.
- Encourage development of skills and self‑esteem through meaningful activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Willingness to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 6 months of start date.
