About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Coordinator with Turning Point Scotland where no two days are the same!

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to people we support in accordance with their support plans and the service aims.
  • Assist the Service Manager and Service Coordinator to direct and manage the day-to-day operations within the service and to provide line management support to the staff team.
  • Devise, review and update support plans, record events and observations and keep appropriate records as required in the service.
  • Manage and supervise smaller teams on a day-to-day basis providing guidance, instruction and direction.
  • Work flexibly around the needs of the service.

You will be supported by an incredibly approachable management team, allowing you to expand on your existing knowledge whilst developing new skills. You will have flexibility to work on a rota.

Where there is a requirement for sleepover shifts, you will receive, on top of your Β£15.62 ph, an additional Β£100.80 for every sleepover shift you work!
