Service: Glasgow Mental Health & Huntington\’s Service

Location: 69-71 Aberdalgie Road, Glasgow G34 9HJ

Hours: Full Time – 37 hours per week

Salary: £30,049 – £33,155 (£15.62 – £17.23 per hour)

Contract: Permanent

What you’ll do

• Support individuals using a person‑centred, trauma‑informed approach
• Take the lead on shift and guide your team
• Help with staff supervision, coaching and development
• Contribute to support plans, risk assessments and reviews
• Work alongside families and health professionals
• Support people through challenging or crisis situations

What we’re looking for

• Experience in mental health or complex needs support
• Confidence to lead and support a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
• IT skills for recording and support planning (all vacancies require IT skills)
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required)
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a rotational basis
