The Turning Point Scotland North Ayrshire Prevention, Early intervention and Recovery (PEAR) Service is an alcohol and other drug support service based in Stevenston.
Since 2019, we have worked alongside our local statutory service NADARS and North Ayrshire Drug and Alcohol Partnership (ADP) to ensure that everyone in North Ayrshire is accessing the most appropriate support suited to their needs.
At North Ayrshire PEAR service, we believe that inclusion and community is key to for people to begin those successful steps towards recovery. We engage with all of the individuals who use the service and with TPS Connects when agreeing what activities, we will operate that will benefit people in their recovery journey and also to help build the foundations for a promising future.
The support we provide is always person centred, we do this by involving people who know the person well, this includes family and friends, other health and Social Work professionals, Advocacy services and our own staff members.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Help lead the development, structure, and sustainability of our services
- Promote a positive, inclusive team culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and professionals
- Carry out assessments aligned with organisational guidelines
- Support your team to deliver exceptional, person‑centred care
Interviews will be held week commencing 23rd February
Please note that IT skills are required for all our vacancies.
Where applicable, successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of start date.
