This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high standards of work, and brings a strong “can do” attitude to the team.Reach Truck Driver duties include:• Operating a Heated Reach Truck within frozen storage areas with temperatures reaching -18° C• Stacking and unstacking pallets on mobile racking with maximum working heights of 14m / 45’• Using a warehouse management system to log stocks’ location and confirming orders for dispatch• Working as part of a team to ensure the flow of customers’ products in and out of the supply chain• Other duties may include some picking of stock that requires assembling pallets of multiple products• Completing all relevant paperwork and documentation• Adhering to the Health & Safety Legislation, ensuring highest level of tidiness and cleanliness.Ideal Candidate:• Able to work consistently to a high standard without constant supervision.• Strong numeracy skills.• Hardworking, self-motivated, and dependable.• Holds a valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence with relevant experience.Benefits:• Secure, long-term employment.• Competitive earnings with paid breaks.• Work-based pension scheme.• Uniform and PPE provided.• Training and opportunities for progression.• On-site canteen and free parking.• Potential Christmas bonus based on overtime worked.What happens next?Your application will be sent to the relevant recruiting manager for review.
