Overview
As a professional driver you will be required to demonstrate skill, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
Working for our Food Grade Division you will develop close working relationships with your planning and training team, alongside other drivers and staff members in a close-knit organisation that strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all.
The haulage industry has varying hours and timings and will require flexibility in start and finish times.
Shift lengths vary and you will be expected to comply with the Tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations at all times.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate safe driving practices and maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Collaborate with planning and training teams, other drivers, and staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Adapt to varying shift lengths and schedules while complying with Tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Support a collaborative, learning-focused driving group within a growing organisation.
Qualifications
- Full HGV Class 1 (C + E) licence.
- Driver CPC and Tachograph Card.
- Tanker experience is preferred but not essential.
- Test drives are only possible when all required documents are present; minimum PPE of safety boots is required.
