We are seeking an assertive and proactive individual to join our busy Traffic Office team at Turners Head Office in Newmarket. We are looking for people who will play a vital part in supporting our operations by coordinating collections, deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage collections and deliveries using vehicle tracking and traffic management systems
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry related to shipments
- Communicate effectively with drivers, depots, and customers to provide clear updates and resolve queries promptly
- Ensure client enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support smooth operational flow
- Support continuous improvement by learning new systems and processes
- For experienced candidates, potential to take on management responsibilities and help lead the team
