Turners (Soham) Ltd is the UK’s largest privately owned transport Company. We are looking to recruit LGV Fitters, to be based at our Castleford Workshop.
Working shift patterns 06:00 – 14:00 and 12:00 – 20:00 Monday to Friday and then every other Saturday 06:00-12:00. 40 hours per week guaranteed, overtime paid there after.
Benefits include Shift allowance and Attendance allowance.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles and trailers.
- Working on a variety of trailer and vehicle types to include Tank, Refrigerated and curtainside.
- Previous mechanical experience would be preferred and an LGV 1 licence is preferred but not essential.
Full driving licence essential.
The appropriate training and personal protective equipment will be supplied.
