Responsibilities
- Planning and organising daily transport operations effectively
- Managing day-one and day-two operations
- Communicating clearly and professionally with shipping lines, depots, drivers, and customers
- Ensuring all work is planned and executed efficiently
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Have a friendly, positive, and approachable personality
- Be flexible with working hours
- Be keen, motivated, and willing to learn new skills
- Have previous experience in logistics and/or container transport (preferred but not essential)
- Have experience with TOPS software (desirable but not essential)
