You will be a key team member working within the busy traffic office at Turners Head Office in Newmarket. The role provides support services to customers, depots and drivers. Using our vehicle tracking and in-house traffic management systems; the role involves monitoring collections and deliveries, ensuring that timeliness is maintained, issues are reported and shipment notifications are sent to our customers. Accuracy, an eye for detail and good interpersonal skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring client queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner to the satisfaction of the client.
- Using our vehicle tracking systems and in-house traffic management system to monitor and record key aspects of collections and deliveries.
- Being responsible for accurate data entry.
- Communication with drivers and customers to ensure good customer service.
- Helpful, positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to use self-initiative.

Additional Information
- Shifts: Starting at 19:00 and finishing at 07:00, the shift is based on 198 days per annum (182 days on 4 on, 4 off plus 16 contract days).
- 21.5 days holiday.
- Salary: £26000 - £32000 D.O.E.
- Employment term: Permanent.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
