TurnerFox Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Strategy & Support Coordinator to join a government organisation based in the Mansfield area. The role will involve supporting residents who have reported property/subsidence-related issues, so we are looking for someone who is confident dealing with customers who may sometimes be concerned, frustrated or require additional support.
This is a varied customer-focused support role working 15 hours per week across Thursday and Friday (7.5 hours per day). You will be supporting the team with customer complaints, correspondence and incidents, as well as providing administrative support and communicating directly with customers.
The role of Part-Time Customer Support Coordinator will include:
- Monitoring and triaging customer email inboxes and correspondence
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and in writing
- Supporting the handling and administration of customer complaints
- Providing support with customer incidents and ensuring information is recorded and communicated appropriately
- Liaising with residents regarding reported property and subsidence-related issues
- Ensuring customers are kept informed and receive a professional and supportive service
- Building positive working relationships with colleagues across the organisation
- Liaising with different departments to obtain information and help progress customer enquiries
- Filing, updating records and maintaining accurate customer information
- Producing letters, emails and other customer correspondence
- Providing general administration and coordination support to the wider team
The ideal candidate for Part-Time Customer Support Coordinator:
- Previous experience in a sensitive customer service, complaints, customer support or administration role
- Experience dealing with customer complaints or more complex/sensitive customer enquiries
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce professional customer correspondence
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- The ability to communicate with customers who may be worried, frustrated or experiencing a difficult situation
- Strong organisation and administration skills
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping
