The Role of Temporary HR & Payroll Administrator:
- Supporting the recruitment process from advertising vacancies through to onboarding
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and employee documentation
- Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR systems
- Processing new starters, leavers and employee changes
- Assisting with absence recording and general HR reporting
- Providing administrative support for payroll preparation
- Coordinating training records and compliance documentation
- Responding to employee queries professionally and confidentially
- General office and HR administration as required
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience within HR, recruitment or payroll, but we are also keen to hear from strong administrators looking to move into HR.
- Previous administration experience (HR experience would be an advantage)
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience of Sage would be an advantage but not essential
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise a busy workload
- Friendly, professional and a real team player
