Are you an organised, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our IT services team and play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences.
The Role
As Service Administrator you'll be the connective tissue between clients, internal teams, and external partners. From keeping projects on track to ensuring clients are always in the loop.
What You'll Be Doing
- Scheduling and coordinating project meetings, capturing and distributing accurate minutes to all stakeholders
- Monitoring project milestones and proactively flagging risks or potential delays before they become problems
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular, transparent updates on project status
- Managing client expectations with confidence and professionalism
- Supporting the allocation and tracking of resources across projects, including internal IT staff and third-party vendors
- Liaising with internal teams including technical support and infrastructure to ensure timely service delivery
- Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support smooth coordination with external partners
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve project management processes, driving greater efficiency and client satisfaction
