Project Manager – AV & Digital SignageLocation: NottinghamshireSalary: Negotiable
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in audio-visual and digital signage solutions to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine technical knowledge with strong organisational skills to ensure complex installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Working from a modern technology hub, you'll join a forward-thinking team that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. The position will require some travel across the UK to support installations and client sites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading projects from initial scoping through planning, implementation, and final sign-off
- Coordinating site installations across multiple location
- Supervising and guiding engineers and subcontractors on site
- Taking part in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions
- Reviewing requirements and designing appropriate technical solutions
- Managing procurement, configuration, and logistics of AV and signage equipment
- Controlling project budgets and ensuring commercial targets are met
- Responding to ongoing service and maintenance requests in line with agreed SLAs
- Maintaining accurate project documentation throughout the lifecycle
- Preparing reports and updates for management reviews
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience delivering projects in AV, EPOS, or digital signage environments
- Solid understanding of AV systems, displays, and digital signage technologies
- Awareness of health and safety regulations relevant to installations
- Excellent communication skills – both in managing teams on-site and liaising with clients
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in keeping up to date with new technologies
Nice to Have
- PRINCE2, ITIL, or another recognised project management qualification
- Familiarity with LED display systems and associated software platforms
