Location - Newark
£25,800 - £26,800
Hybrid or onsite (depending on experience) working across 5 out of 6 days a week with some weekends involved (Typically a Saturday, must be able to work min. 1 in 2 weekend shifts). Working hours between 05:30 - 22:00, Monday - Sunday.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a fluent Polish Customer Service Agent to join a leading employer in the Newark area.
The Role of Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor involves:
- Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls and emails from both Polish and English business customers.
- Providing 1st line technical support and excellent levels of customer service.
- Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions.
- Investigating customer queries and liaising with internal departments to resolve.
- Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support.

The ideal candidate for Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor will:
- Be fluent in both spoken and written Polish and English.
- Able to investigate and resolve problems.
- Able to communicate effectively with all departments and areas of the business.
- Have excellent telephone manner with good customer service skills.
- Have good working knowledge of MS Word.
- Previous customer service experience is essential, technical support experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
