We are looking for a Planning and Implementation Manager to join our client and play a critical role in shaping how they plan, manage, and deliver complex programmes and projects. The role of Planning and Implementation Manager Develop and maintain integrated programme and project schedules across the EPDO portfolio. Collaborate with business planning teams and stakeholders to align planning with strategic priorities. Monitor progress and conduct impact analysis to support timely, informed decision-making. Lead planning input into governance processes, including pre-Gate Review readiness checks. Drive continuous improvement in scheduling, reporting, and planning assurance. Deliver training and guidance to project teams on planning tools and methodologies. Support integrated resource planning and ensure effective workforce allocation. Enhance project visibility through Power BI reporting and planning tools. Support business case development and contribute to board-level submissions.What We\βre Looking For Proven experience in project or programme planning and scheduling, ideally within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Strong working knowledge of planning software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Power BI). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience leading planning assurance, governance, and integrated resource management. Ability to coach, mentor, and drive best practice across project teams.
