- Building and maintaining dashboards to monitor programme and project performance
- Supporting project managers in tracking KPIs and making data-driven decisions

- Supporting risk and issue management to keep projects on track
- Acting as a champion for performance monitoring and best practice
What we\βre looking for
- Strong background in data analysis, reporting, or performance management
- Skilled in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python
- Ability to present complex data in a clear, engaging way
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-focused, and adaptable β someone who enjoys problem solving
- A degree in business analytics, data science, information management (or equivalent experience)
- Professional certifications (PRINCE2, APM, PMP etc.) and experience in environmental or public sector programmes would be a bonus β but not essential
