Job Title: Lettings Negotiator Location: Nottingham Salary: 28k-33k (OTE 36k) About the Role Our client is a well-established, independent residential lettings and property management agency based in Nottingham, specialising in the private rental sector across Nottinghamshire. Since launching in 2016, they have grown into an award-winning, ARLA Propertymark licensed agency managing 700+ properties, known for excellent client reviews and a fast-growing reputation in the local market. We are recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team in a modern Nottingham city centre office. Key Responsibilities Handling tenant viewing enquiries by phone and email, and booking viewings Managing tenancy applications and liaising with tenants and landlords throughout the process Drafting new tenancy agreements Listing rental properties Carrying out property viewings (own vehicle required) Managing bills and invoices relating to managed properties General administrative duties associated with residential lettings What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' residential lettings experience (essential) Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills, in person, by phone and by email Confident working independently and as part of a team Resilient under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, tablets, property software) Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential) What's on Offer Competitive basic salary plus bonus earnings 30 days' annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing with service Company pension scheme (following probation) On-site/free parking Cycle to work scheme Employee discount Modern city-centre office with kitchen, shower facilities and pool table Regular company social events, including bi-annual midweek team away days Support and funding towards ARLA Propertymark qualification A genuinely positive team culture within a growing, award-winning agency Interested??
