We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our client as a Customer Service Executive. You will play a key role in supporting our mainly B2B customers, with the occasional B2C enquiry, ensuring they receive excellent service and smooth order processing.

What You'll Do:

  • Support day to day ecommerce and retail operations
  • Assist B2B customers with orders, queries, and product information
  • Handle occasional B2C enquiries
  • Use platforms such as Freshdesk, Shopify, and other internal systems (full training provided)
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure efficient workflows and great customer experiences
