Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor – 6 Month Temporary Contract Mansfield / Hybrid c£24.00p.h. / £180-£190 per day TurnerFox Recruitment are proud to be supporting a local organisation in Mansfield as they expand their Health, Safety and Wellbeing team. We are looking for an experienced HSW Advisor / Manager who is passionate about creating safe working environments and driving continuous improvement across projects. The Role of Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor – 6 Month Temporary Contract Develop and improve HSW management systems, policies, and processes. Support teams by reviewing Health & Safety documentation and providing clear guidance. Undertake site visits, offering practical advice and support to ensure safe project delivery. Contribute to upskilling colleagues by coaching and knowledge sharing. Ensure all work, whether by internal teams or contractors, is completed safely and in line with regulations. Conducting site visits across the Midlands and Yorkshire as requiredCandidate requirements for the role of Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Experienced in Health & Safety within construction, civils, mining, utilities or infrastructure projects. Strong track record of producing high-quality HSW documentation. NEBOSH Construction Certificate essential; NEBOSH Diploma desirable. Proven experience delivering CDM projects (ideally representing the Client and/or Principal Contractor). Flexible and centrally based with the ability to travel regularly across the Midlands & Yorkshire (occasional wider travel). Full UK driving licence essential.
