We are currently recruiting for a legal secretary for a prestigious law firm in Derby. The role of Legal Secretary will involve:
- Audio typing from caseworker's dictation
- Answering and making calls to clients, arranging appointments within the electronic diary
- Maintaining the case management systems and electronic file records
- Opening and closing files using the case management system
- Providing backup secretarial support as required
Legal Secretary skills and experience required:
- Must be experienced and be confident in audio typing and word processing
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Previous legal secretary / reception experience would be advantageous
- Must be able to work in the office full time
