We are seeking a confident and highly organised Account Manager to support a key client relationship based at their London headquarters in White City. This is a hands-on role working at the heart of brand activation, influencer marketing and packaging delivery, where you will take ownership of projects and ensure seamless execution from concept through to final production.
You will work closely with the Account Director, client stakeholders and internal production teams to deliver standout creative solutions while maintaining full control of timelines, budgets and quality standards. The position operates on a hybrid basis, with two to three days per week spent onsite with the client.
The Role- Act as the main day-to-day contact for the client's social and brand teams, ensuring communication is clear, timely and well documented.
- Manage projects end-to-end, from initial brief and concept development through to production, quality control and final delivery.
- Translate briefs into structured project plans with clear timelines, milestones and critical paths.
- Oversee scamps, artwork development and approval stages to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Work confidently with packaging formats and structural concepts, reviewing and interpreting CAD drawings to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
- Liaise closely with production and scheduling teams to ensure packaging solutions are commercially viable and delivered on time.
- Attend and contribute to regular client WIP meetings, proactively managing expectations and providing updates.
- Identify potential risks early, escalating appropriately and proposing practical solutions.
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, obtain financial approvals prior to production and maintain accurate budget tracking.
- Coordinate internal departments effectively to ensure workflow is planned, prioritised and delivered efficiently.

- Proven experience managing packaging projects, including working with structural packaging and CAD drawings.
