About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CCTV Field Engineer to handle fault requests, perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and support for high-end, large-scale integrated security systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair complex Analogue & Digital CCTV Systems across public highways, shopping malls, custodial facilities, and general areas
- Manage and maintain functional and managed control rooms
- Provide excellent customer service while working to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Support and maintain Perimeter Detection Systems
- Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Update the helpdesk on job status and outcomes
What Weβre Looking For:
- Experience in repair & maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, or fire systems)
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of Access Control systems with Site Mustering (advantageous)
- A valid driving license
- Flexibility with working hours when required
- Desirable experience with: PIDs, Galaxy Alarms, Cortech, CEM Access Control, Synergy, Video Matrix Systems, IP Systems, Networks, RAID Recording, and first-line repairs on gates & barriers
