Location: Chester and surrounding areas

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible)

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Vehicle (Negotiable for the right candidate)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CCTV Field Engineer to handle fault requests, perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and support for high-end, large-scale integrated security systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair complex Analogue & Digital CCTV Systems across public highways, shopping malls, custodial facilities, and general areas
  • Manage and maintain functional and managed control rooms
  • Provide excellent customer service while working to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Support and maintain Perimeter Detection Systems
  • Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Update the helpdesk on job status and outcomes

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in repair & maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, or fire systems)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Access Control systems with Site Mustering (advantageous)
  • A valid driving license
  • Flexibility with working hours when required
  • Desirable experience with: PIDs, Galaxy Alarms, Cortech, CEM Access Control, Synergy, Video Matrix Systems, IP Systems, Networks, RAID Recording, and first-line repairs on gates & barriers
