Role: Audio Typist / Legal Secretary
Location: Derby
Salary: up to £27kdepending on experience
We are currently recruiting for a Audio Typist / Legal Secretary within the Family department of a prestigious law firm in Derby
The role of Audio Typist / Legal Secretary will involve
- Audio typing from caseworker'sdictation
- Answer and make calls to clients arranging appointments within the electronic diary
- Maintaining the case management systems and electronic file records
- Opening and closing files using the case management system
- Provide backup secretarial support as required
Audio Typist / Legal Secretary (Family) skills and experience required
- Must be experienced and be confident in audio typing and word processing
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Previous legal secretary experience would be advantageous
- Must be able to work in the office full time
