Digital Signage & AV Operations Team Leader
Location:Nottinghamshire (UK) Hybrid
Salary: Negotiable
We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to manage the delivery of our digital signage and AV projects. Reporting to the Head of Digital Signage, you will lead a team of operational staff, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will oversee project planning, resource allocation, and workflow management, while coordinating with account, design, and technical teams. You will also drive operational improvements, implement best practices, and monitor KPIs to maintain efficiency and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operational team.
- Manage multiple digital signage and AV projects from planning to completion.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalations.
- Manage vendor and supplier partnerships, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Support business growth with tenders, proposals, and strategic initiatives.
- Proven leadership of operational teams in digital signage, AV, or related sectors.
- Strong project and operational management skills.
- Commercially aware with budgeting and reporting experience.
- Agency or fast-paced environment experience is a plus.
