We have opportunities across our rapidly growing Infrastructure business for Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers with demonstrable experience working on major Infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading cost management and contract administration across major infrastructure commissions
  • Driving forecast accuracy, budget control, and cost reporting through to final account
  • Managing NEC contracts (Option C experience highly valued) with confidence and precision
  • Proactively identifying and managing commercial risk, change, and cash flow
  • Building trusted relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders at all levels
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members as your career progresses

Qualifications

  • Quantity Surveying experience, ideally in infrastructure, civil engineering, or major programmes
  • Strong NEC contract knowledge (Option C preferred)
  • Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject
  • Commercially astute with excellent communication skills — you can hold a room with a client as confidently as you can interrogate a cost report
  • MRICS qualified or working towards it (supported by us)
  • Someone who takes initiative, not just instructions
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable
