Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious Associate Cost Manager for our Real Estate Cost Management team in the Northeast, working across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients. You will beself-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the number-one cost consultancy. In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend.

Qualifications
- A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveyingservices across the full project lifecycle
- Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
