We need proactive, self‑motivated Senior Project Managers to lead complex projects across London, Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Surrey, and Kent. We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple stakeholders, understand technical inputs from design and contractor teams, and has some contract administration experience. We value team players who collaborate and exemplify high delivery standards.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking
  • Establish effective processes and systems for the project
  • Produce project plans
  • Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
  • Track and document changes
  • Prepare formal project progress and other reports
  • Liaise with client, contractors and designers
  • Attend meetings and draft minutes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Engineering qualification and/or background (civil, structural, mechanical/electrical)
  • Broad understanding of the development lifecycle (business case, design, consents, procurement, delivery, handover, management)
  • Direct experience of on‑site construction
  • Experience in residential‑led or mixed‑use projects, preferably at the enabling stage (highways, utilities, enabling works, remediation, public realm, bridges, utility diversions or upgrades, managing S106 or S278 obligations)
