The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer is responsible for designing and delivering dashboards and reporting solutions that support programme controls and decision‑making within a complex infrastructure environment. The role works with PMO, digital teams, and senior stakeholders to define reporting requirements and develop standardised dashboards across cost, schedule, risk, and change, enabling a single version of the truth. They will integrate and transform data from multiple sources, automate reporting processes, and embed digital reporting into governance forums, replacing manual reporting. The BI Developer will also support the evolution of reporting into insight‑led analytics, identifying trends, risks, and performance improvements across the programme.

Must be a UK Sole National and eligible for SC Clearance.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modelling, dashboard development).
  • Strong SQL and data transformation skills.
  • Experience developing dashboards aligned to KPIs and performance management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into reporting and insight solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in programme, PMO, or infrastructure environments.
  • Understanding of cost, schedule, risk, and change data.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Azure) and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of data modelling and governance principles.
  • Exposure to automation, advanced analytics, or AI‑enabled reporting.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
