As a Data Analyst Apprentice within Corporate Responsibility, you will contribute to major corporate initiatives, Annualreportsand ESGdisclosures across Turner & Townsend’sdrive to low carbon future, operatingwith ethics and integrityandthriving workplaces and communitiesworkstreams.

We have committed to major ambitions, such as being net zero by 2040, and you will have a vital role managing and interpreting data to support our strategies.

Turner & Townsend continue to invest in, and develop, our data and digital transformation initiatives and will support you to develop the skills, knowledge and behavioursrequiredfor a successful career in Corporate Responsibility or data analytics.

You will work alongside a team of Corporate Responsibility experts to handle a growing set of datarequiredto inform decision-making and enable rigorous and transparent data-sharing.

You will also work with stakeholders across the business to collecttherelevant data sets.

This is a critical role as the business grows andour data is increasingly audited and assured as part of mandatory and voluntary requirements that support work-winning and critical business expansion.

You willcomplete the Level 4Data Analyst Apprenticeship while gaining practical workplace experiencein a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This plan introduces you to the key business, technical, and commercial competencies that we believe are essential for our apprentices tothrive at Turner & Townsend.

It equips you with the necessary tools to manage andmonitoryour personal and professional development and progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business process mapping and documentation.
  • Assistwith requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops: stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Identify, collate, quality assure and processappropriate dataacross Corporate Responsibility topics
  • Collect, compileand manage data inputs and outputs
  • Produce performance dashboards and share analytic insights
  • Support with testing and implementation of new data collection systems
  • Identifyand analysetrends, business challenges andidentifyimprovement opportunities.
  • Support with report drafting and other summaries for governance processes (e. g. Steering Group and Board reporting)
  • Draw conclusions and promote recommendations or next actions
  • Summarise and present data
  • Followappropriate qualityassurance, controland accuracy processes
  • Practice continuous self-learning to keep up to date with technological developments to enhance relevant skills and professional development
  • Business analysis techniques and methodologies.

The Corporate Responsibility department within Central Servicesis responsible foran expanding remit across Environmental, Social, and Governance themes, with increasing need toevidencehigh-quality data that supports all activity we promote across the business.

Therefore, the opportunities for progression are likely tocontinue expanding.

The skills learned during this Apprenticeship will also behighly-valuableastransferable skills to many other roles, not limited to Corporate Responsibility or Data Analytics/Science career paths.

You will be enrolled on the Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship, typically lasting 18 months.

Training will be delivered through a blend of workplace learning, onlinestudyand workshops.

Turner & Towsend will support you in theprocess and will also enrol you inappropriateand, in some cases, mandatory training that will further enhance your qualification and learning experience.
