Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior or Principal Consultant specializing in 4D planning and digital simulation to join our UK-wide Real Estate Digital team. You will lead development of 4D simulations, link construction programmes with BIM and 3D models, and drive sequencing, logistics planning and buildability reviews across major projects.

The role requires strong experience in SYNCHRO and Primavera P6, plus ability to communicate complex sequencing to stakeholders and contribute to business.
