The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Working within the Renewals team, the successful candidate will provide direct administrative support to a centralised Renewals team based in SW3.

RENEWALS DUTIES:

  • Drafting and issuing tenancy agreements, memorandums of extension, general termination paperwork, tenant change addendums and legal notices (including section 21’s) to landlords and tenants via email and post.
  • Coordinating tenant referencing via online agency Homelet and other methods where required.
  • Organising end of tenancy inventory checks and deposit returns for non-managed Landlords.
  • Updating Reapit and Proman internal software systems with progress notes and future task reminders.
  • Issuing 90 day renewal reminders via emails/post and providing general administrative and telephone support.
  • Maintain paperwork and procedures to a high standard in line with company practices and procedures.
  • Issuing invoices, processing card payments and chasing outstanding admin/rent payments where required.
  • Assisting the wider team as required.

RENEWALS QUALITIES:

  • A highly organised individual with efficient and effective time management skills.
  • Able to work in a busy and active environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • General secretarial and administrative skills essential.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
  • Knowledge of lettings software including Reapit, AdobeSign, Homelet and CML(Radar) desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work in and support small and large team environments.
  • ARLA qualification desirable but not essential.
  • Working knowledge of Right to Rent legislation essential.
  • Previous lettings administrator experience essential.
  • Working knowledge of TDS deposit registration/deregistration procedures.
