We're currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join our large, well-established client. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and thrive working under pressure. You would be managing the prime portfolio of Notting Hill based properties and should be confident communicating with a wide range of clients and contractors.
Main duties:
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants in regards to their queries
- Chasing outstanding tenancy arrears
- Serving required Notices
- Conducting inspections
- Negotiation deposit returns
- Ensuring compliance in terms of GSR certification
- Ensuring compliance with TDS regulation
- Handling day to day maintenance issues
- Making sure all details are kept up to date with relevant notes on the system
