We're currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join our internationally recognised client. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management and thrive working under pressure. Our client needs someone with bags of energy, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service levels 100% of the time; most importantly of all, you must enjoy a fast-paced, challenging environment and working with people.

Main duties:

  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants in regards to their queries
  • Chasing outstanding tenancy arrears
  • Serving required Notices
  • Conducting inspections
  • Negotiation deposit returns
  • Ensuring compliance in terms of GSR certification
  • Ensuring compliance with TDS regulation
  • Handling day to day maintenance issues
  • Making sure all details are kept up to date with relevant notes on the system
