We have been instructed by our client, a large and very well established estate agency with offices spanning all of London, to recruit an efficient and dynamic Administrator to assist the property management & lettings departments in their smooth running. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a company that is reputable and thriving.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:
- Updating property portals/window displays/the property database - marketing
- Creating all preparation of sales and lettings paperwork - chasing up vendors, solicitors, landlords
- Responsible for Money Laundering checks - ensuring you have followed all procedures
- Providing support and assistance to the negotiators and managers, wherever needed - ad hoc administrative tasks
- Office management, including ordering and maintaining stationery supplies and office facilities
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, but property experience is not essential.
