About our client
Our clients are a forward thinking and successful independent estate agency with offices in Acton and Hammersmith. They have quickly established themselves as market leaders and have a fantastic reputation. They are looking for a Senior Property Manager or head of department to manage their portfolio and admin department.
Job details for the Senior Property Manager / Head of Department Role:
- Managing the portfolio to include maintenance, inspections, deposit releases and disputes
- Developing and implementing new processes as the department and new branches are opened
- Help coach and develop a busy team to the highest standards in Property Management
- Managing a portfolio of 100 properties
- Monitoring rent accounts
Criteria for the Senior Property Manager / Head of Department Role:
- Extremely organised
- Excellent communication skills and have a passion for the industry
- Team player and hit the ground running
- Property management experience
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience using the CFP Winman would be beneficial
- ARLA qualified is desirable
Package for the Senior Property Manager / Head of Department Role:
- £35k-£40k per annum
- Pool car
