An exciting new opportunity for a graduate lettings negotiator role has come up!
It is with a boutique independent estate agency based in Putney. They pride ourselves on delivering a highly personalised service and building genuine relationships with our clients.
Location: Putney, London
Salary: £28,000 basic salary plus monthly incentives OTE -£40,000
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:40am – 6:00pm
Every other Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
They are looking for
An enthusiastic and people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying new applicants
- Conducting property viewings
- Matching applicants to suitable properties
- Negotiating offers and progressing deals
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Completing associated paperwork and compliance requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
- Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the team environment
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and well-presented
- Organised and able to multitask
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Full clean UK driving licence essential
