We are pleased to be presenting an exciting new opportunity for a Trainee Property Manager with our client, a reputable property company based in South West London. Our client is committed to providing a top-tier service in the property market and is looking for a dedicated individual who can uphold and enhance its strong reputation.
General Duties:
- Looking after a portfolio of around 120 properties
- Assisting with the Day to Day maintenance of the portfolio
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Assisting with arranging and monitoring works and repairs
- Preparing and reviewing quotations to present to clients
- Ensuring property files are correct and compliance is booked and arranged
- Responding to any general tenancy issues for the managed portfolio
- Assisting with compliance audit of the management portfolio
- Building one to one care with managed clients
