An exciting new opportunity for a graduate lettings negotiator role has come up! It is with a boutique independent estate agency based in Notting Hill. They pride themselves on delivering a highly personalised service and building genuine relationships with our clients.

Location: Notting Hill, London

Salary: £28,000 basic salary plus monthly incentives OTE - £40,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:40am – 6:00pm, Every other Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

They are looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering and qualifying new applicants
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Matching applicants to suitable properties
  • Negotiating offers and progressing deals
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Completing associated paperwork and compliance requirements
