I am currently looking for aClient Services Consultantto join my client\’s agency in South West London. You will be responsible for liaising directly with clients as well asgenerating new business to offices across the UK, this includes maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing and old clients. Role Responsibilities ? Make outbound calls to potential clients in order to source new leads ? Meet monthly Pitch, Instruction, and Revenue targets ? Find good quality leads that the branch will want to instruct ? Provide excellent customer service and develop strong relationships with clients ? Upsell additional services to clients and identify value-add opportunities ? Accurately record and maintain client information in the company\’s database ? Collaborate with team leaders and peers to achieve team and company goals
