We are pleased to be presenting a new opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator with our client, a reputable property company based in Chiswick. Our client is committed to providing a top-tier service in the property market and is looking for a dedicated individual who can uphold and enhance its strong reputation. This position will see you based in the Chiswick branch.
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator role you must have:
- Self-motivation with a can-do attitude

- A full UK driving license
As a Lettings Negotiator your role will involve:
- Generating new and repeat business opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings, and lets
- Coordinating business generation and marketing activities
- Proactively booking appraisals and attending appointments (maintaining a good conversion ratio)
- Managing incoming inquiries from new applicants regarding properties on the market
