  • Playyourpartinhelpingtobuildthebrandinthelocalmarketplace.
  • Dealingwithtelephoneandfacetofaceenquiries,providinghighlevelsofcustomerservice
    atalltimes.
  • Carryingoutviewingsandobtainingfeedback
  • Negotiatingnewtenancieswithlandlordsandtenants.
  • Preparingtenancyagreements,issuinglegaldocumentsrelatingtothetenancyandensuring
    thatallsafetycertificatesareinplacepriortomovein.
  • Workingwiththepropertymanagementteamensuringthatpropertieshavebeenprepared
    formovein.
  • Ensuringasmoothhandoverofkeysandthattenants
