Are you a senior tenancy progressor looking for the next step in your career, or are you a current team leader looking to join an international agency with excellent progression?
My client is a very reputable, international agency with offices throughout London and globally. They are now looking for a driven tenancy progressor to join their team in their West London head office.
Team Leader Tenancy Progressor will possess the following attributes:
- At least 3 years' experience in tenancy progression
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Experience with Reapit is a plus but not essential
Responsibilities of Team Leader include:
- Manage the end-to-end tenancy process, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Manage a team of 3 tenancy progressors
- Arrange tenancy agreements, deposits, inventories, check-ins, and renewals
- Liaise with agents and clients to ensure a smooth move-in process
- Stay up to date with lettings legislation and AML regulations
- Provide support and guidance to agents on tenancy progression
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-6 one day a week work from home
Salary: £40-45k plus a bonus
