My client is looking for someone who has a year plus experience in their career and is seeking stability and skill development. They would like the candidate to have a great work ethic, be hardworking and be results driven. We are a team of 5 and everyone is professional, friendly and works well together.
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of experience in lettings
- Proven track record managing high transaction volumes
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Understanding of lettings process
- High integrity and professional ethics
What they offer:
- £27k basic + £2975 car allowance
- Commissions at 10%
- Commissions go to 15%
- Annual target £250k
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (day off during the week)
