Trainee Estate Agent position in Notting Hill with full training provided. Basic salary of Β£25,000, with potential earnings of Β£60,000 plus OTE depending on experience.
My client is a well-established, high-end independent agency with an excellent reputation. They are now looking for a driven, enthusiastic trainee estate agent to join their team in Notting Hill.
Main duties of the trainee estate agent include:
- Playing your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
- Dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
- Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback.
- Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
- Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move-in.
- Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move-in.
- Ensuring a smooth handover of keys and that tenants are satisfied.
