• Dealingwithtelephoneandfacetofaceenquiries,providinghighlevelsofcustomerservice
  atalltimes.
• Carryingoutviewingsandobtainingfeedback
• Negotiatingnewtenancieswithlandlordsandtenants.
• Preparingtenancyagreements,issuinglegaldocumentsrelatingtothetenancyandensuring
  that
  allsafetycertificatesareinplacepriortomovein.
• Workingwiththepropertymanagementteamensuringthatpropertieshavebeenprepared
  formovein.
• Ensuringasmoothhandoverofkeysandthattenants
