My client is looking for a lettings negotiator for their flagship East Sheen office! It is a lovely boutique, sales and lettings agency covering East Sheen, Barnes and Mortlake.

Location: East Sheen, London

Salary: £20,000 - £26,000 basic salary plus monthly incentives OTE -£40,000 - £60,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:40am – 6:00pm, Every other Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

They are looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is bright, high energy, confident and a team player.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering and qualifying new applicants
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Matching applicants to suitable properties
  • Negotiating offers and progressing deals
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Completing associated paperwork and compliance requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the team environment
