We are looking for a Sales Executive to join a high-performing team, focused on converting inbound enquiries into revenue. This is an opportunity to step into a role with clear structure, strong earning potential, and the support needed to develop quickly and perform at a high level.
The Role- You will manage inbound enquiries from individuals who have already expressed interest, building rapport quickly and guiding conversations towards a commercial outcome.
- You will assess each opportunity, work within agreed pricing parameters, and negotiate effectively to secure deals.
- You will spend the majority of your time on the phone, handling warm leads and maintaining a high level of activity (typically 70-80 calls per day) to maximise conversion.
- There is a clear link between performance and earning potential, with strong commission structures in place and top performers significantly exceeding targets.
